Seems to me that in places the wording could be improved for clarity to me the order of the presentation could be improved on the other hand maybe you were trying to be redundant on purpose as your teaching technique rt the description of doing the Heimlich maneuver I believe that the word pull is much more precise and better descriptive of ones hand movement pushing to me intimates going away
