If a person has had actual handson CPR training this is a wonderful refresher course While the clinical information is adequate I feel the videos are not detailed enough to be able to correlate the information to actually performing CPR in an emergency situation There is no substitute for using a mannequin in a classroom setting with a trained CPR instructor to enable a thorough understanding of the CPR technique
