Great as a refresher course I like that the important numbers are repeated throughout the class to make sure you retain the information I no longer have to give up my Saturday to keep my CPR certification current I highly recommend the adult and infant CPR

This is a very quick and easy course It is nice for anyone who has had some previous training and would like to renew or obtain their CPR certificate again I do think however that if you have never learned CPR before it would be smart to take an in classroom course with practice dummies in order to get some hands on experience
