The videos and slides were very informative I enjoyed the concise yet easy to understand information I loved being able to renew my CPR and first aide certificates from the comfort of my home at a time which was convenient for me My only suggestions is that when I clicked on the button to begin my first aide course after taking the CPR exam it took me to the first aide exam instead of the course itself
