The text along with the video were very helpful and well done I especially liked how it highlighted the difference with ages and babies choking It was organised in a way that I will not have difficulty remembering the details I liked its detail so that when I completed the training the only thing I had missed was hands on and understood it very wellI feel confident that I will be able to perform both help with choking and life saving CPR when alone or coordinated with someone else and still get emergency help and additional equipment such as an AED or manual vent if available
