I believe it is excellent for those of us that have a history of CPR training andor medical training If one has no hands on prior training I believe the information though very educational it would lack the physical feel of the activity he old saying just cause you read it in a book aint like doing it for real Just my opinion I have been known to be wrong about things in the past though
