I believe the course has given me the essentials I have taken live CPR courses in the past and this course was a great way to refreshen my memory I have actually had to give CPR in a real life situation that I will never forget I was able to save the individuals life but believe me it was very intense and it occurred so quickly Its always an excellent gift to all those around us to know CPR because it could men the difference between life and death
