The instructional videos were a big help I feel very confident that I can perform and teach others how to perform the necessary administration of CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver when in an emergency to adults children and infants I love that it is a free course and you only pay for the physical certificate I shared this website with friends on my Facebook page so they can also take advantage of this knowledge to help others in the case of an emergency
