I found the information to be complete and I found out things I didnt know like putting a drowning persons head below the body and stabilizing a suspected spinal injury by immobilizing head with hands over ears and placing soft materials

Pretty basic stuff No hands on but will prepare you in case of an emergency I would recommend that they should reshoot the video on person child CPR to reflect the proper compression sequence Right now it shows even though they are saying
