This is a great format for a refresher training on CPR and First Aid I would not recommend for a first timer though because there is nothing quite like the classroom and hands on to get the feel of CPR dressing wounds AED application etc But as a former EMT and nursing student having been trained many times in CPRAED and First Aid this was perfect
